Greenfields Nursery Schools Magor

The front of the Magor nursery

The Magor nursery opened in 2001 to serve the needs of children from birth to five in and around Magor. Situated in a large plot on Newport Road we are within easy reach of the M4, Undy and Caldicot. If you are commuting between Bristol, Newport and/or Cardiff our location is ideal as we're only 30 seconds from Junction 23a of the M4 you won't have to worry about more city traffic to get to nursery.

Pre-school room Looking after 58 children might seem like quite a daunting task, but we have a team of hard working and dedicated staff to ensure every child receives a high level of care and an educational head start in life.

We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of childcare in the area which has stemmed from Julie Samphire's 26 years in the teaching profession and an additional 23 years running Greenfields Nursery Schools.

The nursery is not yet a member of the Monmouthshire Early Years Partnership meaning the nursery is unable to offer state funded educational sessions paid for by Monmouthshire County Council. However, from September 2008 the nursery will be privately offering equivalent funding in line with the educational funded placements for children aged 3 and over based on Newport's criteria.

The Magor nursery has five departments which include; younger babies, older babies, younger toddlers, older toddlers and pre-school. With dedicated staff for each of the departments we make sure that your child receives the very best care as well as the best opportunity to learn through structured play. All the rooms are bright and homely and are equipped to a very high standard for which we receive many positive comments from parents and CSSIW inspectors.

If you are looking for a high quality private nursery school for your child then look no further.
