Welcome to the Greenfields Nursery Schools website. Greenfields are a group of family
run nurseries located around Newport and Cwmbran in South Wales which are owned and administered
by the Samphire family. In 1989, Julie Samphire opened the first Greenfields Nursery School in Rogerstone after completing
26 years in the teaching profession. Working from our base of quality childcare, Greenfields Nursery is now
in four locations, Rogerstone, Cwmbran, Langstone and Magor which all have easy
access to Newport, Cwmbran, Bristol and Cardiff.
Our main aims are to provide each child with encouragement, praise, fairness, security,
approval, acceptance and friendship. These seven aims are to be achieved in a happy
homely environment where education matters. We aim to develop the full potential
of the child with a respect for their fellow being with an emphasis placed on good
manners at all times.
